Watered Down uses the power of visual imagery to address the social, economic, and environmental issues surrounding the global water crisis. Watered Down works on many different levels to bring attention to our most valued and finite resource: water. On a daily basis we take for granted this seemingly limitless and plentiful element that is so basic and important to our daily survival. This exhibition comments on the challenges that face the Midwest and the United States as well as the dire situations that exist around the world, especially in developing countries where water is almost impossible to access.
